Alyssa B. Kunselman
Director, Sales, Marketing & Business Development
As Director of Sales, Marketing & Business Development, Alyssa is responsible for managing the company's sales activities and identifying new business opportunities for DMGS' practice areas. Additionally, she drafts proposals for potential new clients, prepares sales presentations, updates GSP's marketing materials and website, and creates strategic partnerships with related industry organizations. She joined GSP, a predecessor to DMGS, in 2007.
Alyssa maintains over eleven years of business development and marketing experience, much of which was spent with the construction and development industry. She most recently served as Business Development Manager for Dick Corporation, a nationally-recognized construction, construction management, design-build firm that was consistently ranked as one of the nation's top 50 contractors. She managed business development efforts out of the Pittsburgh office and worked to increase Dick Corporation's presence in the federal government sector. She also managed Dick Builds, the company's external newsletter.
Alyssa received a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Duquesne University.
Alyssa serves on the Board of the Pittsburgh Post of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), where she received the Regional Vice President's Medal for Outstanding Service to the Society in 2009. She also serves on the 3 Rivers Venture Fair Marketing Committee as well as the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Pittsburgh Marketing Committee. She is a Volunteer Member of the American Cancer Society Greater Pittsburgh Unit Daffodil Days Campaign and the Satchels of Caring Foundation, and also serves on the March of Dimes Transportation, Building & Construction Awards Luncheon Committee. Alyssa is a a member of the Future Leaders of the Westmoreland (Westmoreland Museum of American Art).
